3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: If you are not present at the scheduled appointment time, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this period, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and a fee may be charged.
